Precision Ultrasound’s mission is to offer preventive heath screenings to the community with a full service wellness program that provides health screenings for early detection and prevention monitoring, comprehensive health assessments, one-on-one counseling for health education, referrals to community resources and providing a “Healthy Start” program that creates an atmosphere of positive change with the application of new ideas in hopes of improving the lifestyles and overall health of the community.

Precision Ultrasound has a medical director that assists in establishing the policies and procedures of the daily clinical operations. Our medical director also is responsible for communication with the medical community with regards to program scope and limitations. He also addresses any concerns from their clients and to be available to our staff for questions or problems. Our medical director, a vascular surgeon, reviews all significant vascular tests performed.

A physician is on staff to sign off on all ultrasound screenings.

Precision Ultrasound also has a registered nurse trained and educated specifically in the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of health promotion activities. She has over 38 years of experience in health care including oncology, home health, hospice, wellness/prevention and other special skills required for working in the community.

We have a highly skilled ultrasound technologist that plays an important role in disease prevention and management having performed thousands of ultrasound procedures with over 17 years experience in vascular and abdominal ultrasound including two years experience with the A.D.A.M. (Aneurysm Detection and Management) clinic. He has a distinct knowledge of arterial disease and abdominal abnormalities with teaching and education their expertise.

The team making up Precision Ultrasound with their knowledge, teaching and educational expertise delivers the care and meets the needs of the community through their healthy start onsite screening efforts.

GARY SCULLY, R.V.T. is co-owner and a Registered Vascular Technologist specializing in vascular ultrasound and is a Certified Cardiovascular Technician. With over 17 years of experience he has dedicated his life to disease detection and prevention through diagnostic imaging and education.

JODY McCLUSKEY-SCULLY, R.N. the company’s nurse consultant and co-owner has over 38 years of nursing expertise as a Home Health Patient Care Coordinator, Oncology Nurse Specialist, Hospice Manager, Program Director of the Wellness Program and was the Community Nurse for Desert Regional Hospital. She is now our dietary and nutritional consultant for our new and exciting very effective weight-loss program. She has performed as many as 200 physical assessments a week and was a Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist. Jody also served on the board of the American Diabetes Association.

MARK SMITH, M.D. a board certified vascular and general surgeon serves that as the medical director and is well known throughout the country on his lecture circuit.
